Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to our staff and ensure smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with VPN management, Microsoft 365 administration, and general IT troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with vendors and service providers as needed.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage and troubleshoot VPN connections and remote access for staff.
Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Assist with user account setup, permissions, and access management.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including backups and security protocols.
Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proven experience in IT support roles (3+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of VPN setup and troubleshooting.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration.
Experience with Windows and/or Mac OS environments.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
