The role involves handling escalations from L1 teams, system troubleshooting, patching, monitoring, and supporting server & virtualization environments.
Key Skills Required:
✔ Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO
✔ VMware / Hyper-V, Server & Storage Support
✔ Patch Management, Backup, Vulnerability Fixing
✔ Monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
✔ ITIL-based incident & problem management
✔ Rotational shifts / 24×7 support experience
